I am leaving a comment becuase the results were so huge. My husband and I were both out doing yard work all day and both had quite a bit of lower back pain. We both ran this with the glowing IC Pad and we were totally out of pain. Not only that we mountain biked the next day and it never returned and we both struggle with lower back pain when we ride. Results were pretty amazing!
