Can you have the headphones around your neck or pointed to your body or do they need to be on your ears? with headphones does the volume matter?

Hi Adam LM, you can use it with headphones on your ears or you can listen to it with a speaker, so you can hear the signal. Currently not sure about pointing headphones to a some part of the body.
