Should I have a layer of cloth between my cheek and Ic pad?

Hi Irene, yes, you can place thin cloth between the cheek and IC Pad.

Hi Irene, it may, apply IC Pad above your gum area. You can apply IC Pad once laying down, put it on the pillow and place cheek on top of it.
