Chyavanprash is a classical Ayurvedic herbal jam made mainly from Amla (Indian gooseberry) along with a rich blend of herbs, ghee, honey, and spices. Traditionally, it is considered a rejuvenative tonic that may help with immune function, respiratory health, energy and stamina, as well as digestion and nutrient absorption. It is often taken regularly and may help with overall vitality, resilience, and healthy aging. This IC was made with the help of honey, ghee, amla fruit, cardamom seed, long pepper fruit, ashwagandha root, Malabar nut tree leaf, haritaki fruit, boerhavia root, Tribulus fruit, yellow-fruit nightshade aerial parts, Indian tinospora stem, Indian kudzu root, Cyperus root, bael tree fruit, and shatavari.
