去年 3 月，我的頸動脈超聲檢查顯示有適量的斑塊。我的醫生上個月要我重複掃描，看看我是否需要繼續服用降膽固醇藥物（多年來我的低密度脂蛋白水平很高，但其他數字還不錯）。在使用新超聲波之前，我試用了這個 IC 大約 4 個月（每天大約 20 盎司 - 保持一致）。我的掃描從中度 (15-35%) 到最小 (0-15%)！我也一直在做與膽固醇相關的水（我的膽固醇降低了 30 點，我的甘油三酯減少了一半（160 到 78）。我當然會去繼續這個療程！
