Hi Aaron, efficiency of both methods are about the same, we recommend using method which is more convenient for you. Yes, once you imprint saline, you need to add 10 drops of it to a glass of water, stir and drink at least 50ml (2oz) at once.

Help! ย
IC Glow Pad stopped working but not really. So.
-It is charged
-I have changed the audio cords
-I tried connecting audio through USB-C to the phone and it tried to light up (probably bad USB-C) and went away so I know the Glow Pad itself is working. ย

Hi Rene, is your IC Pad still not working? Please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level after you start transfer. Also, you can try to restart your computer or try using it with phone.

One option is to reduce number of devices that utilize or emir EMF, like smartphones, luminescent lamps, any wirings (even in the walls), other electric devices.

It would seem adding several drops to 1L of water, for example, would be much less potent than imprinting the entire 1L. Or, if shaken first, will the 1L take on the imprint of the water in the dropper? Please advise.
