i don't have a hummer. what can I do with the glow pad? sternum or cheek?

EH, this one can be well used with IC Pad as well. Yes, it should be placed on a cheek.ย ย

Community Member shared experience on Blood Detox PEMF

I have follow-up labs done every 3 months for a prior diagnosis.  At my recent check-up my doc commented how good it was for her to see such normal and good bloodwork on my chart. In her practice and specialty that is not usually the case. when she sees patients.  I credit my 'good report'  to this PEMF and others I have been using for over a year with great results.

 I have another question:  can the IC Pad also be used for Audible or does one have to have the Hummer?

Christine Pfleger, IC Pad will emit them as magnetic waves, as PEMF ICs, need to apply device directly to body. You can also use Audible ICs with headphones or speakers.ย

Christine Pfleger, the IC Hummer is best for Audibles; but, the IC Pad can be used.
