question: i have been able to increase my total testosterone dramatically, which seems very exciting. unfortunately, my SHBG also increased (sex hormone binding globulin), so that my FREE testosterone stayed the same. I'm so disappointed. Anton, do you have any ideas how I can make this really work for my Free T?

Darrell Kay, thank you very much for sharing your experience! If the issue is that testosterone is being produced but is predominantly bound to SHBG, reducing SHBG levels or modifying its binding affinity can help increase the amount of free testosterone available to enter cells.
