This worked really well on my tight upper traps. I ran it 2 times, and really felt a change in the tension level.

Hi Isabelle,
1. Yes, you can combine complex with ICs that target different issues.
2. You can place directly or through thin fabric.
3. It is okay to pause the transfer for a short time or even for longer. It is important to finish transferring same pemf withing one day.
