Vanessa Parent, it can be placed on sternum or stomach.

Randy Harmuth, please make sure the audio volume on your phone/laptop is set to maximum level after you start the transfer.

Randy Harmuth, It is possible that you have turned off the Bluetooth on the IC Pad.

1. Turn on the IC Pad
2. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when the white light goes off).

Foae Elyo, we recommend using the same imprint ICs at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml of water each time.
