Jill Thomas personally by drinking 25-30cl before going to bed, I feel the effects during my night and when I wake upโ€ฆ it is one of the most powerful effects I have experiencedโ€ฆ

Hi Jill, for a sleep related ICs you can drink 2 cups of water a day - one cup in the middle of the day and second cup 1 hour before the bed time.

Hello Anton, as part of your research into developing an evolution of the glowpad, have you considered integrating the possibility of generating Dr. Anthony Holland's frequencies which seem to be very effective in cancers?

CIGNA Calogero, currently we limited with 20kHz frequency due as it is generated by the phone or laptop and it can only output that frequency, but in the future devices we will be able to generate much higher frequencies. Anthony Holland uses for example above 400 kHz frequencies to cancer disturbance.
