Richter, you can play this IC multiple times daily if you wish, but aim for consistency and try 2-3 times a day. If needed you can try more times a day as well.

Welches IC kann ich verwenden wenn die Narbe extrem druckempfindlich ist, sodass ich keinen Schuh anziehen kann. Sie befindet sich am Schienbein bei der Tibialis anterior Sehne zwischen Rist und unteres Schienbein.

Christina Hengl, thanks for the details. For a pressure-sensitive scar on the shin (near tibialis anterior), here’s a focused plan:
• 傷疤 PEMF — primary choice to soften scar tissue and reduce tethering; run it daily with the Pad over/adjacent to the tender line (you can use a thin cloth if direct contact hurts).
• 神經康復(急性) — add this if the scar feels zingy/burning or extremely touch-sensitive (allodynia). It targets irritated cutaneous nerves caught in scar tissue.
• 肌肉放鬆 — helpful when the muscles around the scar are guarding; run over the same area or slightly above/below the scar.
• Optional imprint (water or a tiny amount of gel): BPC-157 和 TB-500 肽混合物— supportive for soft-tissue repair; apply a dab around (not on) the most tender spot if you’re using a gel, or sip as water.
How to place the Pad: for shin scars, set it just off the bony ridge, straddling the scar line; if both sides are sore, run one full session on the upper half, then one on the lower half. Do this once daily and adjust by comfort.
Christina Hengl, yes, you can add Connective Tissue Stabilizer as your daily Imprint for connective-tissue support. It already includes items like collagen peptides and the BPC-157/TB-500 blend, so it nicely complements your scar plan. Imprint to water and sip through the day.

Spacing / timing (simple rules):
PEMF sessions: You can run your PEMFs back-to-back — no break is required between PEMF transfers. Using the same PEMF 1–2×/day is the general recommendation.
Imprints in water: Aim for ≥50 mL (2 oz), 3×/day; best on an empty stomach and hold each sip ~10 seconds in the mouth before swallowing.
If anything feels too intense, shorten the session or leave a brief comfort pause; otherwise, you can keep the flow as above.

Christina Hengl, here’s a clear order using the same three PEMFs we outlined, plus how to handle a lump/adhesion on the tibialis anterior:
Order (most days):
Nerve Rehab (Acute) — PEMF → run first if the area feels zingy/burning or very touch-sensitive.
Scars — PEMF → then work directly along the scar line (or immediately adjacent if pressure is tender).
Muscle Relax — PEMF → finish over the same region (or slightly above/below) to release guarding around the scar.
Lump/adhesion on tibialis anterior (same trio, focused):
Place Scars — PEMF right over/around the palpable adhesion along the tibialis anterior path;
Then Muscle Relax — PEMF on that spot to ease local tension;
If it’s sharp/“electric,” start with Nerve Rehab (Acute) before the two above.
Both sides / tibialis posterior insufficiency: Work each symptomatic side separately using the same order and placements over the most tender areas along the tendon path; keep your Connective Tissue Stabilizer as your daily Imprint in a separate bottle.
