Dosage: currently, there is no formula for the dosage and it probably does not apply to ICs. When transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger (you can also set Infinite repeat cycle and imprint for 1 hour to the strongest effect). Drinking water more often increases the effect. We recommend using the same IC or Complex... See more
Dosage: currently, there is no formula for the dosage and it probably does not apply to ICs. When transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger (you can also set Infinite repeat cycle and imprint for 1 hour to the strongest effect). Drinking water more often increases the effect. We recommend using the same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2oz) of water each time
Weaning off: in general, at this moment we can not recommend replacing drugs with ICs. But some people still do that. They start using ICs as an additional method and keep using medications in regular dosage. Then one week later, reduce the dosage of the drug by 10%, and observe how you feel. Then keep decreasing the dosage by 10% every week. Do necessary Dr. visits and self-checks to monitor how this works for you.
Continued use: yes, most probably you would need to drink imprinted water daily. You can try skipping some days and see how that works for you and then slowly wean of ICs as well.
Some ICs can be used for just accuse cases for short time and repeated later when needed.
Usage: for imprint ICs we recommend drinking same IC/Complex at least 3 times a day. For the same PEMF it is 1-2 times a day.
Temperature: to transfer ICs, you should use water that has a temperature below 30C (86F) and above 2C (36F). Thus, you cannot transfer ICs directly into hot beverages or soups.
Two complexes in one water: it is recommended that you do not put two IC Complexes into one glass of water. It is better to transfer IC Complexes into separate volumes of water and then drink them one after the other (at least 10 minutes apart). If you imprint one complex into water and then another one, the last one will partially override the first complex.
Stickers: imprinted sticker should be good for 30 days, but don't take a shower with a sticker.
