Why would the glow pad nor light up when imprinting to stickers? Itโs physically connected via headphone cord, volume turned all the way up and battery charged. Thoughts? Thanks /

If selected lights are not working during transfer please try the following:
- Please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level on your phone or laptop.
- Please try to restart your phone or laptop.
- Please try using different browser, like Chrome or Brave.
