Hi, s anyone else had a problem with using the new IC pad? I can't seem to get it to work .ย  It is fully charged and I can press the start button to flip through the light options but there is no light function if I try and transfer to water.ย  Either thru the phone or laptop.ย  Volume is on full.ย  ย 
My old icpad works fine.ย  ย  ย

J Mack, can you please try using Bluetooth connection instead of audio cable connection. Also, just in case, please try using different audio cable (same you use for old GlowPad).

I think once is not enough. I guess I feel like I have a flu syndrome so I chose to calm the exhausting cough first and it's already bearable for the rest. Come on, I'll persevere!!! Thanks for these infoceuticals, Anton. And thanks for the advice ;)

Cat, by default if you turn on 2 IC Hummers they will pair to each other so they will emit same IC. If you want to connect 2 IC Hummers to different phone at the same time. You need to connect first IC Hummer first to first phone. Then take second IC Hummer to a different room (best be away around 30ft (10meters)) and pair it to second phone.
