     I don't know if this question has been answered: can frequencies be transferred to multiple stickers by superimposing them, if so how many at most?

I had a very stressful life, and I am not sure yet of how to get down from a continuous stress as if my body has gotten used to it.
I am in a journey to bring back balance to myself and my nervous system.
This seems to help activating my parasympathetic system.
I only use it when I am calm but not getting into the sweet body level calmness, and it has been great.
I am so appreciative to the author of this IC
