Michele Vale , please see the following that may assist in quitting smoke process:
  1. Lobelia: Traditionally used to support smoking cessation, Lobelia may help reduce cravings and relax the respiratory system.
  2. Nicotine dependence: This IC is designed to manage nicotine cravings effectively.

Instead of drinking water that contains the ICs, can i just put my photo (or a sample of my hair in small plastic bag) on top of the IC pad?  If so, for how long would the photo or hair need to be on the IC pad to get the same effect as drinking the water?

Andrew, you can try using such remote treatment approach. Then using Imprint ICs (2 minutes long) you can set additional 5 or more repeats. Need to try to see how it works for you in comparison for imprinted water.

Good morning,
In basic remote treatment with the photo placed on the glowing pad, is there a difference in effectiveness if the visual is turned towards the pad or towards the ceiling please?
Thank you very much ๐Ÿ’ซ

Delphine Lamotte, there is no significant difference in effectiveness whether the photo faces the pad or the ceiling. The key factor is ensuring the photo is placed on the pad during the session.
