Hello, unfortunately there is a wobbly in it. Regardless of which device I connect the IC pad to, it lights up briefly and then stops. When the cable is shaken slightly, it flashes briefly and then goes dark again. Do you have a suggestion for me? Many Thanks

Hi Peter, You may need to set the audio volume to the maximum during the transfer: 1) Connect the IC pad to your smartphone or laptop; 2) start transmission; 3) Turn the volume of your phone or laptop to the maximum;

Is there a threshold for how many times an imprint can be repeated on water before the imprint becomes less effective?

Hi Matthew, for the Glowing IC Pad you can do 5 repeats, more then 5 will not do much difference.

Helloz, there is a lot of lime in our tap water !! Can you then use normally purchased water instead of tap water? Not that it still leads to kidney stone !!!!!
