I just got my ic pad 3!!  How do I know which LED light color to use for each application?  I don't see in the directions (or in the IC's) which light to choose, or, a reason to switch LED modes:  "It also features a tri-color light system comprising blue, red, and infrared lights, tailored for specific applications"  Thank you!

When I try to access this IC from a link (which works perfectly for the person who sent it) I get a warning that I don't have access to this combination.  How can I access it?  This is my link. Thank you
