Does my IC Pad need to make a noise while transferring?  When I first got the pad there was a sound during transfer.  Now it is silent.  Is it still imprinting the water?  Advise gratefully received.

If you meant transferring the SAME IC, you heard little noise but another time you donโ€™t, check the connection of your wire AND the volume in your setting.

If you meant while transferring an IC you notice little noice but another IC you donโ€™t, and the connection and the volume is as usual, that is completely normal - different ICs carry different frequencies so they make different sounds/ noise.

I hope you enjoy using your circuit IC pad... See more

Sharon Milroy, if you are using the Glowing IC Pad, it is designed to operate completely silently - it should not make any noise during transfer. If GlowPad is not connected properly to your phone or laptop, the phone or laptop will be making sound during the transfer. Is the option for transferring 'all at once' ONLY available when making personal complexes? I do not see this option when I am manually selecting complexes to imprint. If manually selecting a few complexes, is it still beneficial to stack one after the other since there is no option for all at once?

Brenda, any complex can be transferred in all at once or one-by-one. Single IC don't have that selection.
When imprinting water you need always choose All at once mode and if you apply directly to the body you can chose One-by-one mode. You can also install new player to make things less confusing: https://www.infopathy.com/new_player

I just received my Glow Pad, and no glowing or lights flashing when imprinting. The volume is all the way up, timer is working as it should when imprinting, system is charged, tried both Google and Chrome, using audio cable from device to laptop. I want to ensure this is in fact imprinting. Please advise.

Brenda, it is possible that you have set Infrared light mode and IR lights are invisible, but indicator light should be pulsating during the transfer.
Please see detailed video tutorial on this page https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/devices?show=glowing3&source=web (second video).

Infopathy Team No, but I did get it figured out. It would work on Bluetooth but not Audio. I had to reboot my laptop several times and then I finally could see the device under Settings-Output. But it seems as if the audio cable is intermittent. It works, and then it doesn't but the Bluetooth is consistent thus far. Thank you.

Brenda, that may happen with audio cable if output signal on your laptop is not very strong. Bluetooth transfer data digitally, so audio volume does not matter, it should only be not zero.

Infopathy Team I can see all the lights but they were not glowing/flashing during imprint.
