Hi Sylvie, the colder the better (but not frozen), but any temperature above 86F (30C is okay).

I can see there are many ICs for trauma, how would someone find the right combination of an Imprint to pair with a PEMF to address trauma after spinal laminectomy & microdissectomy to help with bone/vertebrae and peroneal nerve healing?

Do you hear the sound and the light at the same time I see it going but hear no sound but get light. or if i switch i get light and no sound cant get both at the same time but i see it moving

When you connect your IC pad to phone or computer and play Imprint or PEMF there is s no sound, just light .
