I got my finger caught between 45 lb dumbbell and the rack putting it away yesterday (irony of working with weights to help combat osteoporosis ) lots of pain . I have been icing and used oral hypericum perforatum 6c arnica 30 c , bryonis alba 30 c and arnica gel . I am wondering which variation of icc water would be recommended .

40 Hz refers to the binaural beat (the difference between the two tones sent to each ear). The small numbers on the player show the actual left/right ear tones — here 75 Hz (left) and 115 Hz (right). Their difference is 115 − 75 =... See more

Infopathy Team I wonder why not just run 40Hz instead of using two Hz for Binaural beats?

John M Kane, good question! The reason binaural beats use two slightly different frequencies (like 75 Hz in the left ear and 115 Hz in the right ear) instead of playing a single 40 Hz tone directly is due to how binaural beats work in the brain.
