Is it necessary to cycle ICs to keep body from losing efficacy from long term adaptation?

Jonathan, itโ€™s not necessary to cycle ICs. The body usually does not build tolerance or lose response to them over time, so you can safely use supportive ICs long-term without worrying about adaptation. ย

We found an Australian Shepherd abandoned at the side of the road.  After 2 years of good food and care, she was still so traumatized she was licking her foot so badly it was almost down to the bone. I ran this program 1-2 times daily, 4 days in a row, holding it over her sternum or stomach, wherever I could reach.   Itโ€™s been 4 months and sheโ€™s never started licking it again.  Itโ€™s completely healed up.
