Hi I purchased the preminum membership and had access to all library IC's etc but then I requested to upgrade to the spring practitioner membership, both spring membership payments have come out of my bank account but only the set up fee reciept is on my account and now I have lost access to the library IC's. It now says I need the preminum membership to access to IC's etc. Please inform me why I have lost access and how can I get this back?

We are new to Infopathy. My son has had severe acid reflux for 20 years. He is 28 now. The only thing that helped was Dandelion root tea before meals. Then he became reactive to the tea. Is there an IC or formula to help this? It may be tied to liver/bile issues since the Dandelion root was helpful. Please advise. He cannot tolerate herbs or medications due to side effects.

My IC pad is no longer flashing the lights as I transfer a complex. I have recharged it but that did not seem to make a difference. I checked the mode to confirm I was on a color selection, but it still doesn't work. I can see the transfer in action on my computer but my IC pad just stays in the on mode - no flashing colors.
