Hello, unfortunately I don't tolerate the oil well because I have low blood pressure. What happens if I use this IC? Does it also affect my blood pressure?

I really felt this one, I was walking around for two hours kind high. I’m still trying to understand how to deal with how much water and what the difference between little glass to big glass. For example I did this one in a small glass and drank all at once, it wasn’t much water but icy water with bit of salt.
