Took at night for sleep and constipation and the next morning, i saw worms in my poop (1st time in my life). Researched about Triphala and saw it has some anti-parasitic benefits. Tried again 1 month later to see if the worms release was triggered by this IC, and the next morning it happened the same thing : some small worms in my poop. So this is definitely working
