Calming. And uplifting. Refreshing after the fatigue and energetic drain of being around other people for several hours. I feel like I can take deeper breaths

 Sorry for all the questions... :-) Can ICs cause a detox or Herxheimer reaction? As I understand it, operating at the molecular level, (not on a cell or tissue level) they generally don't impact the nervous system. Is that correct?

 One more question: Can you pause the session for a bathroom break, for example, or should the ICs play without interruption for better effect?

 Can you mix different binaural beats and/or listen to different audio ICs at the same time? Or do the different audio ICs cancel each other out?   I want to explore the variety of the beats you offer, but it's a bit time-consuming.

Hey Ron! I use it for the full 20 minutes once a day after I eat. It puts me into a deep state of relaxation every time.
