I am new here and would like to try this. I got the testflight app but i cant type in that code. the first two digits wont even type into the area. The y9 wont type in bit the rest does???? it says its the worng code. any ideas on what I can do. Running it on my iphone IOS

Lisa Horne, insetad of the code, please following this link again https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz and it should open TestFlight and show “Join”/“Install” directly. This often fixes code/redeem issues.

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version,
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Since I have a premium membership, why do I have to login everytime using the app? I got the app installed and works when Online but where are the instructions to use it? and how to use it Offline? When I start an IC when Online using the app, only after starting do I see where is has a slider to use Offline. Running it online does the IC get... See more

Hi John, the app asks you to enter your email and password every time you open it? Just to confirm, you don't click "log out" it does it automatically?
Regarding offline mode - you can select particular ICs and Complexes to use offline by switching the slider. When your phone is in airplane mode or just doesn't have internet you are still able to open the app, navigate to those... See more

Anton SF After launching the app, I klick on the first one to test, which is "11-Keto-DHT", the "Start Transfer" button is greyed out. A note says "This IC is only available under Premium Membership." I AM a member. So, Yes clicking on the upper right corner of a Person's profile, it lists "Login" so I DO have to login each time. I tried to run a complex I had created (contains 2 PEMFs and one Imprint) through the glow pad. I could not get it to transfer through the app either all at once or one at a time. No problem transferring the same complex when on line.

Hi Sharon, do you mean it works on app when you are online and does not work if you are downloaded complexes and trying to use it in offline mode? It could be that complex was not fully downloaded. You can try to redownload it and try using in offline again.

Anton SF Thank you. I tried the same complex this morning and it worked fine. So, you were probably correct in that it had not fully downloaded. hmmm, maybe I should run something that would help with having more patience. :)
