Pramipexole Dihydrochloride is a medication that acts as a dopamine agonist, stimulating dopamine receptors in the brain to improve nerve communication. It may help with Parkinson’s disease by reducing tremors, stiffness, and movement difficulties. Also, it may help with restless legs syndrome (RLS) by relieving uncomfortable leg sensations.
