Excellent. Really did the trick. I ran it twice the first time and went from very painful cramps to totally pain free.  It lasted about 12 hours before some pain started returning so I ran it again just once and  I felt so much better. I am absolutely amazed! Thank you.

I ran this twice in a row- the first  gave some relief before the end of the second I was pain free ! Thank you!
