Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA) is an antioxidant that helps maintain healthy, well-functioning cells. There's also evidence that ALA inhibits the growth and spread of the so-called Monkey Pox virus.

I was recently diagnosed with high blood sugars and had uncomfortable nerve twinges in my feet and legs. I used this IC (with 1 repetition) along with L-Glutamine, and within 10 minutes the symptoms vanished, and I was able to sleep through the night
Later through research, I found that this problem is commonly associated with vitamin B-1 deficiency as well.
