Alkaline Complex provides valuable minerals to help maintain a healthy acid-base balance in the body. I started with Urine ph of 5.08 and felt a bit off and tired. After 250ml of this IC combined with alcaline ph booster, my urine went up to 5.87. At the end of the second day after another 250 ml and wearing two stickers on sternum and neck urine ph measured 6.78 and I feel more energetic.
