Hi Anton, new member here and excited to get started. My volume is up and my glow pad is connected to bluetooth, but when I start a transfer I hear it from my computer, but the glow pad does not light up. Am I doing something wrong? I am on a macbook pro. Your guidance is appreciated. Thank you, Keri

Keri Nola, once GlowPad is connected, please go to Sound settings on your mac and select "Infopathy GlowPad" as Output deivce:

My husband and I have been depressed, had no ambition, no energy for life for 2+ months.
So I made this IC in hopes to bring some happiness, purpose, and energy back into our lives
After 3 days we felt a HUGE different and in a week he found a job (after searching for months) and I got a promotion. Now we feel on top of the world and finally moving towards our goals and dreams!

Hello, I'm getting back to you because the last pad is not working properly. It already flashes red and not white when I turn it on and sometimes it flashes red and then stops and disconnects from the application. So it's not possible for me to buy a new pad, so what should I do? Thank you in advance, Mr Herbaut

Herbaut, if you have several GlowPad, please make sure you connect to a correct one. Once GlowPad is connected to your phone the indicator light on the GlowPad will pulse blue colour for 1 second. Last batch of GlowPads (one you recently purchased) has a bit rose colour indicator light, not white, that is normal.

Anton SF Hello yes I know except that I have a pad on my computer and it's ok a second on my tablet and it's ok and finally the third the last one is for my phone which doesn't work I sent the video there you go and I want to buy but now it's no longer possible to buy again because I don't have the means so what do I do.

Herbaut, can you please try using other 2 GlowPads (which work on computer and table) with the phone, do they work with that phone? Thank you!

Anton SF there I just put it on the computer where it works for the others and it cuts out so I don't know what else to tell you apart from that there may be a problem on this one it happens but I can't use it have a good day
