Nicola Chaturachinda-Kent wrote a comment to Light Sensitivity (Rife)
I was walking in the sun and I forgot my hat and was beginning to get a migraine triggered by light sensitivity to the sunlight. I used this once and I felt the pressure behind my eyes decrease about 30%. Thank you

Danny Duncan shared experience on Weight Normalization
over 1 year ago
After a medication changed my metabolism, I gained over 15k in 3 months. (!!!) Stopping the medication didn't stop the weight increase. I went from being someone who could, within reason, eat what I wanted of my safe foods - to gaining weight even whilst very ill for 2 months... See more

Had a question, is this something you made Danny as it has 14 ICs in it? Anton does this work with so many ICs?

Ava, yes, so many or even more ICs in the complex is okay. It may not work for someone, therefore generally we recommend starting with single ICs and small complexes and then trying larger complexes.

Avaย tbh I didn't actually realize it was publicly available, I thought my created ICs were just available to me!ย

And yes it has a LOT of ICs.

This was my first experiment with (carefully) adding so many, as they are connected and work in systems that work together. I... See more

Danny Duncan, once experience is published it links to the complex and someone else can try your complex as well. We will make a note that in this way personal complex can be used by others.ย

Danny Duncan Thanks Danny if it works it works, I also try to put together ICs that are merged easily rather than disparate ones. I think we will all try this one. ๐Ÿ’—

Avaย I hope it helps others as well. I think it will, specifically if the weight gain is insulin (in)sensitivity related, which I believe was the source of mine.ย ย

Anton SF I did not realize my created IC complexes were available for public use, and I have been somewhat lax in creating them! For example, starting ones for a topic because I saw and IC that would work well for that, but leaving it sitting there incomplete. Or a... See more
