Len is used successfully for cancer etc but it is very helpful for complex regional pain disorder and most recently is showing to help lingering covid symptoms that stretch on for 6 months

can this IC be used to spray onto a skin infection or should it be ingested as well ? would it damage the intestinal microbiome the same way as antibiotics do? many thanks for a response

Hi Mary, you can imprint water to drink and also apply its skin. In both cases do it at least 3 times a day.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thanks Anton for the advice but I suppose the elephant in the room with this IC is questioning if this frequency will also damage the microbiome ? Can we have the benefits without the side effects ? Cheers xx

Hi Mary, this is a good question. I was thinking to provide related information in my previous answer :) ICs, for example, related to antibiotics based on our observations do not harm even bad bacteria but help our own immune system to fight them.
