Anton, My Glowing IC Pad wonโt connect to Bluetooth or hold a charge.My Health care person said that it needs to be replaced. She said that I need this immediately ! Please address this issue because Iโ paying a monthly fee for something that doesnโt work. Thank you. Kathy

Hi Kathy, it is possible that you have turned off the Bluetooth on the IC Pad.

Or follow these steps:
1. Turn on the IC Pad
2. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when the white light goes off).
