France Létourneau , yes, GlowPad and IC Hummer will emit whatever is played on the connected phone/tablet/computer/iPad etc.

France Létourneau , yes, you can play those files on your computer and while IC Hummer or GlowPad is connected to your computer they will emit those frequencies.

Marie-Josée MAURICE, thank you for the thoughtful suggestion - and for sharing your workflow! Please try "Canceling" treatment, in a way it pausing it. Later if you click Restart you activate it again, but it sets current Start time, not particular one you selected when your created original schedule.

Hello my charging slot on my glow pad 3 isn’t charging. Can you suggest otherways to get around this? I have changed cables etc.

Georgina Le Bivic, start by checking the charging slot for any dirt or bent pins and gently clean it if needed. Try using a different USB power source, such as another adapter or a computer port, since some chargers may not be compatible. If none of this helps, contact [email protected] with your Glow Pad’s details, as we can often repair or replace faulty units at a low cost.
