Good morning everyone. Great product you have there! Quick question about the IC. Does it also balance the elements according to TCM?

Emanuele Fedele, yes, this works with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to balance the five elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water). Each element connects to specific organs and emotions. Using it can harmonize Qi (vital energy) and enhance overall well-being.

Anton SF Hello Anton, thanks for the answer. Does the IC then balance the elements? For example, if an organ has too much fire according to TCM, the stomach for example. Greetings

Emanuele Fedele, yes, the IC can support balancing the elements as understood in TCM. If an organ, like the stomach, is associated with an excess of Fire element, the IC aims to harmonize this imbalance by addressing the energetic frequencies related to that element. It works by promoting equilibrium in the body's energy flow (Qi), helping to restore harmony among the five elements. This can indirectly assist in calming excess Fire in the... See more

My husband has been dealing with chronic knee pain and inflammation in his knee. We just had x-rays done and X-Ray results say he has a small joint effusion and there is mild enthesophyte formation at the quadriceps insertion. Would you please share which IC complexes would be best? Thank you!

Ida, here are some recommendations:
Anti-Inflammatory Complex : This IC is designed to reduce inflammation, which can help alleviate pain and swelling in the knee joint.
Joint and Muscle Support : This IC aims to support joint and muscle health and may assist in reducing discomfort associated with joint issues.
Pain Relief : This IC is intended to help manage and reduce pain, providing relief from chronic knee discomfort.

This one confuses me. How do you know how much cream to use? Since progesterone generally makes a person tired, how is someone supposed to use this 3x a day? Or will that symptom not apply with IC?

Molly, thank you for for bringing attention to this question, seems we missed it..
Currently, there is no formula for the dosage and it probably does not apply to ICs. When transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger (you can also set Infinite repeat cycle and imprint for 1 hour to the strongest effect).

Amount of cream does not really matter, as 1 gram has same amount of... See more
