Hi Michelle, the original product is used topically, therefore I would suggest using it topically as well. You can imprint body cream and apply it.

i know some people who have had intense neurological reactions. Is this designed to decrease those kinds of side effects?

I use it for lower back pain and it seems to help within a couple days. I also combine it with the acute traumatic disc PEMF
