Hello Anton, is it enough to place a glass of water on the IC pad and run it for 2 minutes? Can you then drink the entire glass in one go? Or do you have to fill a water bottle?

ย Sabine , yes, placing a glass of water on the IC pad and running it for about two minutes is enough to imprint the water with the IC. It is best to drink same IC at least 3 times a day, at least 50ml (2oz) at a time.ย
