Phosphatidylcholine are a class of phospholipids and a major component of biological membranes. Phosphatidylcholine may be used to support liver health, protect liver cells from toxin damage, and help with liver diseases including alcoholic hepatic steatosis, drug-induced liver damage, and hepatitis.
