Is there anyway we can import the IC database into Mac Numbers or Excel for an alphabetical list? Is there anyway to legibly print an IC complex without having to take a snapshot?

Alice Jerahian, B.Sc, MEd, currently you can see all ICs on one page here
https://www.infopathy.com/muscle_testing
You
can try selecting all of them, copy and paste into Excel.
To print list of ICs in particular complex, as a practitioner you can go to complex page click on [...] On a complex and then click Male Label. It will show you text that includes names of all ICs. You can copy text and then print it.

Lynne, here are a couple of ICs that some users have found beneficial for knee pain and inflammation:
  • Knee Pain Relief: This PEMF remedy comprises a set of frequencies aimed at reducing knee inflammation, restoring vitality, and increasing the secretion of synovial fluid. It may also support the healing of muscles, connective tissues, and cartilage. Some users have reported significant improvements; for instance, one user noted that... See more

Hello Anton,

I found the German-language webinar held by Daniel Knebel on March 2nd very interesting and extremely informative. Daniel had announced that this webinar would be available online in about a week. Is there a delay? The entire content of this webinar seems to be very important, especially for new users, like myself.

Anton SF Hello Anton, Daniel says in the webinar that you first have to be in balance before optimizing stress systems, then optimizing digestion, then optimizing hormones, etc. Does that mean that you first take care of the balance until it has settled down and only then take care of the stress systems, or can all of this happen one after the other?
I have the problem that my pelvis is crooked and therefore I cannot maintain balance for long... See more

Manuel, yes, Danielโ€™s approach suggests prioritizing balance first before moving on to optimizing stress systems, digestion, and hormones. However, this doesn't necessarily mean you have to complete one step before starting the next. You can work on them sequentially while still maintaining balance.

Since your pelvis misalignment affects your overall balance, you may need to continuously support your structural alignment while working... See more
