Hello. I haven't found anything specifically for jaw joints and the pain associated with them. Someone here already asked about an IC. It would be great if you could create an IC for that.

I work a lot with essential oils. I see them included in many complexes, but would love to see them individually so that I can send the frequency of them to myself and clients. Thank you!

Julianne Kontos, thank you for your request! If you could ship as samples of oils (just need 10 drops of each), that would make process faster. If can you do that, please send us email here: [email protected] we will provide you shipping instructions.

Which audio program is recommended to overcome chronic insomnia? Delta brain waves or theta brain waves? And are the programs designed to help you fall asleep while listening to them or should they be listened to before going to bed, but not directly while falling asleep? Thank you.

Arthur, using Brain Delta (Sleep) should help to overcome chronic insomnia.

Delta brain waves are generally more suitable than theta brain waves. Delta waves are associated with the deepest stages of sleep (slow-wave sleep), which are crucial for restorative rest. Theta waves, on the other hand, are linked to a lighter sleep phase or relaxation just before sleep. A good strategy is to start with theta waves before bed and switch to... See more

Anton SF Hi Anton, You have a lot of amazing information in comments like this (for a lot of ICs) - could you possibly add these kind of info to the IC description (s)? I mean here in this case but also in general for many cases. Would be great, thanks!
PS: I have also searched for sleep frequencies often but never came across this falling asleep one (s), so these cross references are really helpful!!
