I am new here and would like to try this. I got the testflight app but i cant type in that code. the first two digits wont even type into the area. The y9 wont type in bit the rest does???? it says its the worng code. any ideas on what I can do. Running it on my iphone IOS

ย Lisa Horne, insetad of the code, please following this link again https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz and it should open TestFlight and show โ€œJoinโ€/โ€œInstallโ€ directly. This often fixes code/redeem issues.

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Offline mode tests.

Has anyone already tried to download some ICs for offline use? On the page of particular IC you need to toggle "Available offline", then it downloads and you should be able to access that IC when phone is in airplane mode or just doesn't have internet.
For older phones which have low RAM (like 2Gb) downloading some longer PEMFs or Audibles may crash the app, but we... See more

I'm not seeing an additional toggle option button on the individual IC pages to use offline. Should I wait for updates to come through or do something about it? I'm on mobile data now while the wind storm blew away everyone's power and wifi so updates might come in slower right now.

Danny Duncan, just to confirm, you don't have it in the App (one you installed on your phone) or in the website that you access via browser? (there is no Available offline feature on the website). Thank you!

Anton SF sure thing. Yes, thats correct, on my android phone, on the app, that blue rectangle with the "available offline" toggle, is not there. Should I uninstall / reinstall?ย

Hello Danny Duncan! May I confirm if you're logged in and if this happens in all ICs? We've only removed the available offline toggle for logged-out users so I was wondering if maybe you were accidentally logged out. You should be able to click start transfer (like in the picture below) if you're logged in. Thank you and we'd appreciate the additional details!

Nes | QA Analyst hi, thanks. Yes I'm logged in, and can click "start transfer" on all ICs. There's no "available offline" toggle for any IC that I click on. I have taken screenshots but there's no option to attach them here in a chat message.

Should I uninstall/reinstall the app?

I tested it with about 5 IC's. On iPad (4th Air) and iPhone 13 - works perfectly :) as far as I can see it :) (Glowing Pad lights up)
Thanks for that!

However, I miss the ability to see what I have selected as "make available offline" (I only realized later that you can add it to your own collection) and to manually delete/check whether the IC's were really... See more

Good morning ! I just downloaded the app. Thank you for sharing. Practical even works in Airplane mode. ๐Ÿ™ I see everywhere in the Posts mentioning Daniel's songs...... where can we find them???? ๐Ÿ™

Hi Maeva, you can subscribe on that collection when using website (in browser), then access collection in the App - in the catalogue choose "Suggests" tab. You can use songs collection in the app, but downloading large songs for offline usage, does not work currently.

Thank you for using the app and helping to improve it! There was an issue with logging into your account on the app. It should be fixed now.

If it still does not work for you, please try the following:

iOS users:
1. Delete the app and install it again from testFlight app.

Android users:
  1. go to Infopathy's Settings by long-pressing the app's icon > then... See more
