What is meant by 'If IC transfer time is less than 12 minutes, you will need to transfer it multiple times in a row to reach a minimum of 12 minutes' - which is written at the bottom of the Compare Transfer Devices page. Does this mean all transfers need to be 12 minutes or longer? I usually use the pre-set time for each IC.ย

Hi infopathy team, is the imprinting process still effective if the circumference of the glass bottle I am imprinting is smaller than the outside lights on the glow pad area? Also does a coloured bottle (glass or plastic) interfere with the transmission. I apologise if this question has been asked already.

Ali, yes, the imprinting process should still be effective even if the circumference of your bottle is smaller than the outside lights on the Glowing IC Pad area, as it is not necessary to cover the whole pad.
