Hi Nick, you can place IC Hummer on a sternum or on the stomach.

Maybe the answer is too complicated but why not apply it directly to the testes?

This is one of my favorite protocols. I use it almost every day. I have some lower back pain, Iโve been having some issues in my shoulder, and I broke my left foot a few years ago so chiropractors canโt touch it because of all the pins in there. This is an absolutely fantastic program! No bone cracking and it works. I wake up less stiff in the mornings. Thank you!
