Hi iustina, thank you for your questions!

1. IC Hummer has USB-C charging cable, but when using ICs, you need to connect to your phone/laptop via Bluetooth. Glowing IC Pad has micro-USB charging cable and connects to your phone/laptop via an audio cable (AUX).

Dear Anton! My Glowing IC Pad is only 2 months old but it has stopped working. Most likely there is a problem with charging; when connected, the yellow light lights up for 1-2 seconds and immediately goes out. What should I do?

Hi Svetlana, if the yellow light goes off after a few seconds, it is probably because the battery is fully charged.
