I just received my Glow IC pad and excited to start using it. Unfortunately, I could not get to charge because the charge cable does not seem to fit. Am I doing something wrong?

My daughter, 6, had stomach pains for hours. I put the abdominal pain PEMF on her and then this gas. Within 10 minutes she vomited so profusely that cleared her stomach. So it really helps. Thank you ๐
