My IC glow pad hardly works It will make noise but not glow, sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn’t. It is very frustrating. The volume is up and everything is charged fully.

Hi Rosalind, you should not hear a sound from your laptop or Glowing IC Pad when it is connected to your laptop. Please check that the audio cable is fully inserted into the headphone jack of your laptop or phone and you can also try to restart your phone or... See more

Shelby I have not used this to charge my christals (yet) BUT i love-love-love to spray frequencies around the house to space clear and bring in benefitial energies AND - get this - it works sooooooooOoooo well to spray outdoors in the winter with the intention of charging the frost... See more
