Julie Martin Hi Julie - I've used it sporadically.  It's hard to say it does anything without taking it long term.  I also had the physical supplement - which I would also say is tricky to say how it effects you (orally).  Obviously it can be targeted through injection so the jury is out?  You inspired me to copy a BPC157 frequency into a plaster and see how that goes.  (using Leela Cube)

If playing this to water, I let the water sit on the IC Pad for the full hour and 9 minutes, correct?

Amanda, yes, when imprinting water you need to keep water on IC Pad for the whole duration of a transfer.
